Who we are
Small enough to keep up with
FIN Ltd lets and operates its own and leased real estate (SIC 68209), based at Allt-Y-Wennol in Peterston-Super-Ely, just outside Cardiff.
The portfolio is deliberately small. We own what we let and we manage it ourselves, so a repair reported on Monday reaches the person who can authorise it on Monday rather than travelling through an agency first.
Before a tenancy begins we set out the rent, the length, the deposit arrangements and who is responsible for what, in writing. During it, we would rather hear about a problem early than find it at the end.
